Hello there @Brooksy1510, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response.
While reading your post I was wondering what you meant by broken? Have you replaced your phone with a new one? Is your phone not syncing to your Fitbit? Is the mobile device you're syncing with included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
If you've replaced your phone to a new one, you can add your Fitbit to it by following the steps below:
1. Remove the Fitbit from the Bluetooth settings on the old phone
2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
If you're facing with syncing difficulties, please see: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
