Android phone not sync

My fitbit has had sync issues for the last one week.

1. Force closed the app

2. Turned Bluetooth on and off

3. Restarted phone.

4. Reinstalled fitbit app

5. Restarted fitbit versa lite

I need a fix or new fitbit asap. Can someone pls help

Not sure how to contact the customer support team as I have tried all troubleshooting but my fitbit versa refuses to sync

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

My Versa Lite was working fine for the past 10 months..
Suddenly a week ago it stopped syncing and I have been trying ever since
but in vain..
Being new to the fitness world after ages, it has been my motivator and I
am rather displeased it is not syncing..
Also called the India Support Number, no response for almost 40 minutes..

Mine stopped syncing on Oct 15th. I had no problems prior to that for the last year

Mine also stopped syncing on October 15th. I updated the app and still won't sync.

I've also had sync (and GPS connection) issues since around October 15. Most of the time my Fitbit Inspire HR syncs fine with my Android phone. But every time the App gets updated, I experience some kind of issue with sync and/or GPS connections. The last App update for Android according to the sticky in the forum was v3.31.1 on October 5. But the App version on my phone is v3.32. According the Google Store, it was installed on October 13 right around the time when my sync/GPS issues started.

Yes dame we are all having. My versa2 will not recognize wifi period.
Fitbit is beyond the WORST! for help with their products. I approached
numerous, thats an understate, that we are all experiencing fitbit wide
device location no boundaries.
