My Samsung phone just done the latest update on 23/2/18 and since then saying tracker isnt found and wont sync. Tried all restarting phone. Uninstalling app to reinstall it. Fitbit suppprt says use other device. Which isnt helpful as i dont have another device. Any advice?
Best AnswerI updated my Iconic on my S7 yesterday and my Iconic has been saying tracker not found ever since. I've tried everything in help and other sources but nothing helps. I don't want to restart my watch because I don't want lose my info. Help
