Android update

My Samsung phone just done the latest update on 23/2/18 and since then saying tracker isnt found and wont sync. Tried all restarting phone. Uninstalling app to reinstall it. Fitbit suppprt says use other device. Which isnt helpful as i dont have another device. Any advice?

I updated my Iconic on my S7 yesterday and my Iconic has been saying tracker not found ever since. I've tried everything in help and other sources but nothing helps. I don't want to restart my watch because I don't want lose my info. Help
