Android vs iphone fitbit app

I have an Android LG G3 and my friend has an iphone 6s. Both phones will track our workouts and hearts rates, however her iphone will actually tell her the max heart rate she was at and mine will not. why is this?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @akcolvard @SunsetRunner Woman Very Happy! Great question! In order to see your live heart rate data within the app you must have call notifications enabled. For more information about call and text notifications, see How do I receive call notifications on my Charge or Charge HR? Hope that helps!
