Answer/Reject calls for Samusng J7 not working.

I waited months for Fitbit to add the Answer/Reject  feature  to my  Ionic and finally they added on last night after I updated found out it only has reject feature and answer feature not available.

I called customer service and was told Samsung Galaxy J7 is not compatible, I am very disappointed and asking Fitbit to make that compatible with my J7.

Thanks for trying the answer/reject call feature on your Ionic. Also, thanks for contacting customer support regarding this. The reason why it is not completely working is because the Samsung J7 is not a compatible device, just as they told you.

 

However, the developer team is aware of the need to add new devices to the list of compatible devices. Is this the only feature that you are having difficulties to use?

I will let you know once I find more about the Samsung J7 compatibility. In the meanwhile, have you checked the Feature Suggestions Board? If you have any ideas for future features you would like to see on your Fitbit device, this is the best place for asking. Feel free to search for existing feature suggestions or add you own original one!
