Unable to set up device.

I got my Fitbit versa about a week ago. The initial setup was done without a hitch. I have since had to delete the versa from my app. Upon trying to pair it again and set up the new device and sync it with my phone it will not work.... Help please !!!! I want my versa working again!!!!!

What error are you getting when you are adding the device back in the app?

 

Are you using the same phone as you first used? If not, make sure the old phone doesn't still have a bluetooth connection that may be blocking the setup.

 

If it's the same phone then try restarting the fitbit and then try the setup again:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Ionic, or Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Yes I am using the same phone. I don't get ant error just says it can't connect to the wpjonw ( I have a Samsung S8) I have tried all the restarting. Both the phone and the watch.

Sorry for typos..... Should say I don't get any error just says it won't connect. And the other crazy word should be phone lol
