I’ve been using my Fitbit for a while now, and recently I realized that my TikTok scrolling habits might be messing with my stats. For example, I end up pacing around the room while watching videos, which bumps up my step count, but at the same time I’m also staying up way later than I should.
Has anyone else noticed TikTok (or similar apps) throwing off your Fitbit data, either for steps, sleep, or even heart rate? Do you just let it balance out over time, or do you try to adjust your usage so your stats stay accurate?
