Anyone having issues with the versa2 tracking the number of days exercising?

Although not using versa2, I started to have issues on Friday Oct 1st for my Charge4 and Charge2.

I have done Aerobic Workout for 50 mins in the morning. And throughout my day, have walked several times, 15 minutes or more.

Friday Oct 1st, would have been 5 of 5 days of exercising.  But it is showing only 4 of 5.

And it does not show any activity history for Fri, Oct 1st, 2021.

All other information could sync well, except Exercise days and the Activities.  Need HELP!  Thanks

Ditto. I called and chatted with customer service employees. After my
conversation with the 5th person,, I was finally told that problem is from
their end.
Hoping it gets resolved sooner than later.
