App Crash - Challenges

The app won't let me fully start a challenge, it flashes some error thing on the screen when I go to invite people and then goes straight back to the dashboard. This must started happening though I was doing challenges just the same day.

@Chriq Can you please take a screenshot of the error message you're seeing when attempting to join a challenge? That will be super helpful in identifying what the cause may be.

 

Also, please confirm the following:

 

  • Which version of the Fitbit app you're currently using (Go to Account > Advanced Settings > Help)?
  • What make and model mobile device are you using?
  • What OS version of Android are you currently running (Click here from your phone's internet browser to find out)?
