Best AnswerSo that's what I'd done originally that kicked me out of the app and unable to log into the website on my phone. I texted help and was advised that there's a known issues with IP addresses being blocked and that I would just have to wait. I restarted my phone again to see if that would give me a new IP address and that's what ultimately solved the problem 👍
Not super thrilled that it happened in the first place especially since they know it's an issue but have no resolution other than to just wait.
