Is the app down for maintenance? It will not let me log on and continues telling me that my password is wrong.

So that's what I'd done originally that kicked me out of the app and unable to log into the website on my phone. I texted help and was advised that there's a known issues with IP addresses being blocked and that I would just have to wait. I restarted my phone again to see if that would give me a new IP address and that's what ultimately solved the problem 👍

 

Not super thrilled that it happened in the first place especially since they know it's an issue but have no resolution other than to just wait.
