I sync after my runs and the app registers my steps on my Samsung Galaxy S8. I may then sync again later on and it will wipe anything from 1000 to 2800 steps off of my count. Really frustrating!

We're very sorry to hear about how frustrating this situation has been for you. Let me help you figure out what could be going on.

 

The first thing I'd like to recommend is that you try logging out of your account and then log back in. That will force all details to be reloaded from the servers and should get everything to display correctly.

 

In the meantime, could you share a screenshot of how the steps are showing on the Dashboard.
