Unable to use app and just blank white screen comes up when I try and launch the app. Restarted phone etc and still not working

Thank you but I found after the second reinstall it has worked!
Same here as well. The app is just a white blank screen. I've cleared the cache, I've restarted my phone and watch. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing. Still not working. I can't find any info online about it either. This here is the first I've found of others experiencing the same as me.
Best AnswerHello @hollymarzec , @Grandmacar , @BABAPUDDING
I see that @BABAPUDDING has tried the troubleshooting steps that I would have suggested without success.
Please let us know which phones you have and the version of Android on the phone.
I'll try to escalate this issue to the team and will report back when I have an update.

I also succeeded after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Best AnswerHello @Copland
Thanks for suggesting doing a Force Stop on the Fitbit app to restore the screen.
There is a post (<-- click) announcing a new update to the Fitbit app that just started rolling out this week. Although it doesn't specifically say that the fix for the white screen is included, I would hope that it does resolve the issue.

Best AnswerI first noticed an issue when my stats didn't reset after midnight last night. Then this morning I had a white screen. Force stopping the app in my phone settings worked perfectly. I have a Samsung Galexy A32, Sensa 2, and am using the latest version. The app store is the first place I look when I'm having problems since Fitbit sends out a kill switch for old versions when a new version is released.
