I have a few things I caught on the andorid app I wanted to report.

1. When syncing I need always to sync twice before it appears in the app. Syncing doesn't appear to be correct as some times some days won't sync. Happens all the time.

2. Stair count. I really put this one to the test. Went up and down 5 flights till I had no more energy in me. Walking and running. Synced to the phone and stair count remained 0. I'm starting to thing that my old one is probably just worn out. What other trackers record stair count? Or how can this bug be fixed?

3. On different occasions I've seen that I'll update for instance something I ate and it congratulates me for losing weight.

4. Not sure if this is a site issue or app issue. But I've configured my states to be available to friends following me and many report that it says it's private.

5. Inaccuracies with other data. But this is making me think it's more tracker then it is app. My tracker is many years old when the one was still a newly launched device.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @SunsetRunner Smiley Very Happy! I'm sorry to hear the inconveniences you've been having with your Fitbit app, I'd recommend trying the following:

 

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Restart your tackers
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fibit App
