Let me help you get your Fitbit to sync with your Android device. If you were using a mobile device before, it is possible that the Bluetooth connection with that previous device is impeding your tracker to sync with a new device. I'd recommend going into the Bluetooth settings of the previous device and removing your Fitbit from the paired devices list in there and then trying to sync once more.
In the meantime I'd like to ask you what is the Android device that you are using, and what Android version is it running.
