Hi
When i tap to check the sleep score and details, the app crashes. I am using Versa 2 updated to latest firmware, Fitbit App 3.16 and Essential Phone. I can click steps and other features and they work all fine. The issue started occurring few days back. Let me know if you need any other info.
Can anyone let me know if there is a solution to it.

Through phone setting stop the Fitbit app.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Let me share with you that the Essential Phone is not listed as a compatible mobile device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with the Fitbit app and such mobile device. Even though your phone is not compatible, please try the following steps:
