Hi!,
I don't know if somebody had the similar issue.
When i update my feed in the app, there is a possibility to take a picture.
But when i do that, the screen goes white and back to the main feed again.
If i get the before and after picture, i can put a picture in the before, but when i press the after, screen goes white and gets back to the main feed again.
I've reinstalled the app, restarted, rebooted. I did everything i could think of.
But i know that the camera stuff works because of the before picture.
And all the access rights are in place.
So i hope somebody knows the answer to this weird thing.
Thanks!

Hi @HenkFeenstra, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, sorry for the delay in responding.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for all the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that you're experiencing this situation with the Fitbit app. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:
Looking forward to your reply.

Tried the suggestions and still cannot add a single picture to post. If I do before/after, then I can post two. I really need to be able to post just a single screenshot for my group competitions.

Welcome aboard @Ambyr210.
Thanks for your post and for trying some steps before to posting, I understand your frustration. To further investigate, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? What do you mean when you say that if you do before/after? You try to post twice a picture and this is the reason why two screenshots are shared? Which Android version is your phone running?
Looking forward to your reply.
