Hi, it's good to see you around in the Community forums for the first time, @mtnpastor.
Thank you for the information that you've provided regarding the inconvenience you've been experiencing with your Charge 4.
Could you please provide a few extra details? Please let me know what is the app in your Charge 4 that is no longer working or that keeps stopping, or let me know if this is happening with all the apps in your device of if you're referring to the Fitbit app in your phone.
Keep me posted.

Hi,
my Fitbit app doesn't work anymore, since I installed update today. It stops right after opening it.
I can't sync or use it at all. Please help me address this issue, thanks. My phone is Samsung Galaxy S10.
Best AnswerMine has been doing the same all day I've restarted my phone multiple times with no joy I can't see anything on the Internet to tell me why
Best AnswerI completed this update and the mobile app is not working correctly. It keeps crashing. Any connected apps like MyFitnessPal also keep crashing, and when it does work, it's not sharing data like step count, etc.
That is a generic android problem. Read this and update the webview app:

Best AnswerI'm having this issue. The app on my android phone allows me open it, starts going through the motions of syncing, but then shuts without giving an error message or anything. The last time is synced, although it never said "successful" was around noon. It won't share data with my connected apps either.
