App crashes immediately upon opening.

App was working fine for a few days and this morning it stopped. I see a flash of the app for a second and then it closes. I have restarted my tablet multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, cleared cache & storage multiple times, and it still won't open.

My device is an Amazon Fire if that helps.

Anyone know what to do?

Thanks for sharing your experience with the Fitbit app. Recently a new Fitbit app update (3.71) was released. I would recommend to give it a try and check if this helps with the issues you're facing with you devices.

Same issue on Kindle Fire 8HD 10th gen.

I downloaded & installed a previous version  3-30 and now it works

Same problem, same device, same reinstall attempts. Problem started on the same date, but I can't find any specific update that might have caused it. At least my phone still works.

I found out that all the problems I have been having with FitBit for Sense not working properly, not syncing like it should, app starting and stopping, and other problems on my Android phone to be not enough storage space on phone, I deleted several high storage space apps and everything is work right.

Syncs every time now and no longer starts and stops.

I did not have problems until I installed update (3.71) .... found it to be storage space on Android phone. Deleted several apps that used larger space.
Works good again.
