App crashes when checking notification list

Hi, not sure where to post this but I've found a bug and was wondering if there is a fix? I have a Fitbit blaze and my app is running on Android 10 Google Pixel XL. I want app notifications to alert my fitbit. I navigate to the blazes app notification list to check off apps but as soon as I scroll the app crashes and sends me back to the Fitbit overview page. I can check off devices but as soon as I scroll the app crashes. I've had this issue on Android 9 also. Any suggestions?

Thanks for reporting this and bringing this inconvenience to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this crash situation and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please try the following troubleshooting steps and let me know if he issue persists:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Reboot your mobile device.
  4. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  5. Login using your account credentials.
  6. Let me know if the issue persists.
