Hello
If I click on the skin temp tile on my fitbit app dashboard the it crashes. It also crashes when I click through to health metrics>skin temperature>learn more>see today's skin temp.
I have a Samsung galaxy S7, Android software v8, the fitbit app is v3.36.1, sense software v44.128.4.17.
I've tried (not necessarily in this order) uninstalling and reinstalling the app, resetting my sense, logging out and back in again, and removing and adding back the skin temp tile to no avail.
I would like to contact support but the website is sending me round in circles when I look for a contact form.
Please help!

@kimbalilly You can reach Customer Support here. There's one more trick I would try. Perhaps you could install Fitbit app on the other device and access the tile there. Hopefully once you pass the first screen, it will allow you to access the stats across devices.

My thought would be to clear the fitbit cache then stop the app.
Go phone settings / apps / Fitbit / Stop App. While there go to storage and clear cache.
