After my Versa Lite recently started playing up (unresponsive/battery drain etc.) my Kindle Fire has now just shut down and it looks as though I will have to do a factory reset. This tablet is brand new, yet 2 hours after I downloaded Fitbit app, it became unresponsive with a frozen screen.
Now a similar thing has happened to my friend's iPhone 11
Is this a coincidence, bad luck or has anyone else experienced this?

Remove the app and see what happens.
Worse case the app can only affect software.

Thanks for the reply but it doesn't really go towards answering the question!
If there is a problem with the app, then it needs to be addressed
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
