My Charge 3 was connected until yesterday to my S10+ . I have restarted all devices many times and uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit app and deleted Charge 3 from app. Now I can't get the Charge 3 to reinstall. Bluetooth is recognising it, during installation it says we found your tracker but then cant go further, says its not working. Is this software related?
