App dashboard on Galaxy S21 doesn't show all Versa stats

Hi all,

I recently updated my Fitbit Versa watch and fitbit software on my Galaxy S21 android phone.

My dashboard in the fitbit app is only showing my step count, whereas it used to show step count, HR, resting HR and sleep score.

I have tried to re-add these stats to my dashboard by the Discover tab but the 'Open' button is greyed out.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail and I have the most up-to-date software and firmware updates.

If anybody is able to shed some light on this issue, I'd be very grateful!

Cheers

Steve

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SteveW90.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and recommend confirming if your device is paired to your Fitbit account by doing the following:

  1. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

If you're experiencing difficulties with setting up your device, please try our tips in Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

By the way, I've moved your post to the Android App board so we can keep our forums organized.

Hope this helps.
