I turned on the 2-factor authentication in app last week, under Account Settings. I then turned it off to work on something else today and when I went back in to turn it on...it is no longer in Account Settings in the app?!? Any advice how to get it back on? I feel it's needed badly on the Sense w/all the medical data shown for an added protection layer!

Which phone is the fitbit app on, and I'll be happy to move the post out of hardware support.

Android, (Galaxy), it was really nice having the 2-factor, anytime I went into my account online (not through my Android), it prompted for a text code sent to me. I wish I'd never switched it off but didn't realize it would vanish from my Fitbit app. I did contact support as well.

Have you looked at the 2 Factor FAQ
I can not find an option to add or remove 2 Factor.

I did read that, thanks. The issue is, 2-factor was under "Account Settings" in the app, under Authorized Devices but when I toggled it off...2-factor disappeared completely, just no longer there anymore. i assumed I could just toggle on/off because the on/off was there. I got an e-mail when I enabled & disabled it but now have no option to turn back on as it was completely removed when I toggled it off.

The 2-factor authentication has been added back into my Fitbit app. Have turned it on and it is working great! I will never turn it back off again. Worked with FB Support & supplied screenshots...I'm assuming they added it back.
