Hello @Palmbob, let me tell you how nice is to have new members like you in the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post and it seems you are experiencing issues with your Blackberry Priv and the Fitbit app.
Note that devices like BlackBerry or the Amazon Fire are not supported by the Fitbit app. The reason of this, is because the app is not optimized to run in these devices, despite they have Android or in the case of the Fire, a customized OS built using as base the Android OS.
It would not hurt to try to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app from your Blackberry to review if this resolve the problem. Otherwise If that does not work, I suggest setting up and syncing via a device listed as supported or using a computer.
See you later and for other questions stay tuned to the Fitbit Community!
