In the app, it only gives me options for the children's watches. Not sure why.

Sorry for the Fitbit account hassle! I'll be glad to get this resolved. 

There are some things to keep in mind: 

  1. The Fitbit app layout adapts to personal settings.
  2. Regular devices are for ages 13+.
  3. If you are under 13 the Kid View will automatically kick in.

If you're 13+, double-check your account settings to ensure accurate age info.
