Is anyone else having problems with the app syncing. I get the info on the watch, but none of the info is syncing with the app. Not sure what to do...

I'm having the exact same issue!. Mine hasn't been able to sync no matter what I do since Sat morn. I have tried everything except deleting and re downloading because I don't want to lose all my stuff if there's another way.

Hi.. I have had many issues with mine. I have a Fit Bit Alta.. Sometimes it syncs and sometimes not. I found out that although it works for the most part the biggest issue is because my Smartphone is not a compatible device. I am still waiting for the LG K20 plus to be put on the list to see if I get better results. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times in the past year. Restart my phone and all the syncing related tidbits. I have my info backed up and saved so even when I unpair and repair or log out/ log in it remembers the info. Which is great on the part. I wish the syncing worked with Wi-Fi instead of blue tooth though because I have blue tooth connectivity has many issues that Wi To doesn't.
