App is different depending on which account

Hi!

I just bought a Fitbit Versa, and created an account. I tried the app for two days, and it looked like this.

I decided to create a new account (this time through my Facebook account) - and it looks completely different. When I log in with my new account, this is how it looks:

You'll notice how the layout is completely different, I no longer have 5 buttons at the bottom, only 3. There's no card icon in the upper right corner, no share button, no dashboard icon.

The second layout isn't nearly as aesthetically pleasing, not to mention it seems a bit more "buggy". If you look at the two bottom screenshots you'll notice how all the icons start out as green, but then they suddenly go back to white for some reason.

Is it because my second account is synced to Facebook that I get almost two completely different apps within the same app? How do I switch back to the first view? I've gone through all the settings on my Versa, on the app, and on the website, and I can't seem to find any settings that lets me switch back.

Thanks

Yah they just downgraded the dashboard in the app, it's a slow roll out, some accounts are getting it sooner then others . Alot of us agree it's far less pleasing to lookout and are not happy about the change. We are voicing our dislike and asking the option to choose the dashboard we like at this link --->

To Vote for a choice between the new and old dashboard, go to "Feature Suggestions" - then "Allow customers to choose between dashboards" should be near the top of the list.

Sorry couldn't find an edit option. Just to be clear, the screenshots are taken two minutes apart on the same phone, same app, just different accounts.

Hi @SunsetRunner ,

The 2nd screenshot is of the new Dashboard that is currently in beta testing. I'm guessing someone signed up for it and they enabled that feature on the account. I'm not sure how to switch in back or if it can be. I do know eventually all of us will have that Dashboard look.
