Hi, @Jandesan16 , welcome to the community, if we are going to help you we will need more information. What make & model cell phone are you using and which OS does it have? Fitbit Supported Devices explains the issues. Did the app work in the past? did you successfully pair your Inspire 3 with the app? This video demonstrates the process.

There's an active community here ready & able to assist you but we need something to work on.

Thanks for commenting here about your app. I'm sorry to know the difficulty.

In addition to the tips suggested by @Gr4ndp4, if you are having issues to sync with your app, please make sure to follow the steps listed here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. If that doesn't work, please set up your device as a new one.

Try to update the Fitbit app if there is an update pending.
