  • So there is no sign up option for Fitbit. I have an account needing to make another one.  Have signed out and only option it log in no sign up option.

Problem 2 

Cannot get back into a chat with support about this.

Hi @Baw5775 - this may be a flaw with the new app but have a look in your PC browser if there is a possibility.
