I'm having issues across the board. Notification issues, gps issues, heart rate issues. Seems to have happened in the last few days. Tech support walked me through trying to correct everything, but doesn't seem to have been fixed. Is fitbit having issues with the app. I am using a galaxy S9.

Customer support isn't supporting the product. They keep asking me to do the same thing over and over while getting the same result. Why hasn't fitbit acknowledged major issue with android platform? Connected GPS is no where near accurate since update. Sometimes over a mile off during a 5 mile run. At least they can do is acknowledge that there is an issue and that they are working to fix it.

There is an on going problem for android users, my tracker hasn't synced since 19th September, almost 2 months now. Fitbit have admitted the following in several emails to myself over the last 2 months.
"With regard to the Fitbit app issue, our engineering team made sure that they have prioritized this issue. We don't want to delay our members when it comes to reaching their fitness goals.
We do know that what you want is a specific time frame as to when we would be able to find a resolution, given that it is a software issue, we are still not able to provide you a definite time. At the same time, in order for them to be able to debug the situation, their research and data must align with one another"
Take from this what you want, but its already been 2 months for me without a tracker, multiple calls/emails to Fitbit and today as compensation I was offered a watch strap. I had to laugh, as compensation for a tracker that hasn't been working for 2 months, I was offered a spare strap!
I can see from all the reviews on the play store there are hundreds of people experiencing the same problem. But nothing from Fitbit publically saying there is a problem.
Awful treatment from this company and dealing with this problem would definitely not recommend.
