App keeps saying needs update tracker software

Fitbit flex 2. I've had it but the app keeps telling me I need to update tracker software even when I've updated in 3 separate times and got the 'you're all set!' Screen. Dongle has a slow blinking blue light, I assume for a notification or just saying I need to update. It's also tracking perfectly fine, I just can't tap the fitbit and get the lights for steps. 

I've already deleted and reinstalled the app. Restarted the fitbit. Cleared cache and data. Synced to google. Disconnected and reconnected to the fitbit.

Hi @StrykaMod the dongle was used as a bridge between the Fitbit server and a computer. The ability to sync via the computer was removed quite some time ago. Have you tried restarting the Flex2? It's a pretty old device now, as it was discontinued a few years ago, too.

I've restarted it multiple times. And everything was working fine just 2 days ago. 

It's connected. Syncing and tracking just fine. Just need to get rid of the update tracker software notification
