I have just bought a fitbit charge 2. The fitbit app on my Sony Xperia M2 keeps stopping when I try to go from the dashboard to account. The app version is 2.47 and Android version 5.1.1. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it working again. I have no problem with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your help. That's was what I was doing but it seemed a "faff" to have to reinstall the app everyday.
However, the app has updated to 2.47 and I no longer get the problem. Now it even allows me to see my sleep stages, awake, light, deep, or REM. Real progress!

I have moved your post to the android app section of the boards, as to me it sounds it is a problem with the app and not the tracker itself. I expect you get better help here.

When i have a problem of this nature.
First i go to the phones settings, applications, fitbit, clear cache, clear data
If this doesnt fix it i then....
Remove the app.
Restart phone to clear out any remnants.
Install a fresh copy.
