Fitbit app shows color on Android phone when first opens then fades to gray. What setting needs to be changed

Hi @Fit4toby  not sure there is a setting for color at all. You have the latest app for your mobile device?

@Fit4toby Thanks for the report about the Fitbit app. Is this happening just with the Fitbit app or with all the apps? If this happens to all the apps on your phone, this could be part of the Accessibility settings on your phone as explained here. These settings may change the color on your apps or the phone in general. So I recommend you check this on your phone's Settings and look for the accessibility options.

If that doesn't work, please share a screenshot of the Fitbit app by following the instructions from this help article.
