Hi,

I've never used a fitbit, until a few days ago. The actual device is registering my steps, but my android app is not. I have an LG phone, and a fitbit inspire.

Welcome to the Forums @Cookiec48.

 

Let me help you figure out what is going on and to get your Fitbit to steps to your account.

 

In this case you need to actively pair your Fitbit to your Fitbit app. You can click here to find steps on how to do it. 

 

If the Fitbit has already paired, then you'd only need to sync it. Click here to find the steps on how to manually sync.
