Why does my Android app not remember my Charge 2 when I've logged out and log back in?

Do you still see your data but just not the tracker, or no data either?

If you don't see any of your historic data, you might have logged in wrong.  Make sure you are logged in with the same email/password that you were using before.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
