App not saving info

My Fitbit One info seems to sync to the Android app every day, but when I scroll back in the app to previous days, all the info is missing.

Welcome to the Forums @WI_Cat_Lady. It's weird to hear that your previous days information is not there. I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated by following the instructions provided in the How do I update my Android Fitbit app? post. Also you can do a force sync by doing the following steps:

 

1. Tap the tracker's tile
2. Tap Sync Now

Thanks for your response.

The link you sent is about editing or deleting activities. Regardless, my app is up to date.

I can force sync, but the info isn't necessarily still there the next time I open the app.
