Hello @SYLKAD.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for sharing those details.

Let's try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They should help in getting it to work. Additionally, please try the following:

  1. Open the Bluetooth settings on the phones and tablets that you own.
  2. Remove any Fitbit devices that show up in there.
  3. Run the set up process once again.

Let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with.

Welcome to the Forums @SYLKAD.

Let me help you figure out what is going on and why your Fitbits aren't syncing.

In this case I'd recommend trying to turn the Bluetooth on the apple phone off and then trying to sync again with the Android phone.

In the meantime I'd like to ask you some questions:

  • What Android phone are you using?
  • What Android version is it running?

Look forward to your reply.

Hello @SYLKAD.

I apologize for the delay in my response again.

Did you set up notifications with the Tablet? That could've led to the Charge 2 being bonded and thus preventing the Flex 2 from pairing. You could try taking the Charge 2 outside of the tablet's Bluetooth radius and then try to run the set up for the Flex 2 once again.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
