Thanks for stopping by @Icymummy, nice to see you again in the Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. I was reading your Versa watch is not syncing with your Fitbit app.
If the issue persists, don't forget to review if the Fitbit app is updated to the most recent version. Recently was released a new version that contain stability improvements.
If even with the new update, you still see the app is not syncing. Give it a try to these suggestions: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
