Not able to update or sync with mobile app

Hi I am using Lenovo 8 note mobile. These days Fitbit app is not updating anything. It says last update done is 9 May where each and every day I use Fitbit watch but it's not syncing to mobile app. Plz help

Hello @Ashrithagoley, thanks for joining to the Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for responding your post until now. I was reading your Fitbit tracker is not syncing with your Lenovo 8 note.

Make sure to confirm your mobile phone is listed as compatible. Some devices that has not been confirmed as compatible may present some functionality issues. For more details refer to: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
