Bluetooth function doesn't communicate

Since the last Android 7.0 update on 20 May 2018, bluetooth doesn't track anymore my Charge 2. But it's still working on my PC and laptop with the Windows 10 app.

Hello @jannyhenkens, I couldn't help to not noticed you are new in the Fitbit Community, welcome aboard!

I'm sorry for the late response and I'm wondering if the issue still persists? Is your phone bluetooth continue having troubles to communicate with your tracker? Perhaps a restart on your app will do the trick, given the fact that is working in other devices.

Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. (This may vary depending of the Android device and the OS version)

Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.

Catch you later and stay tuned if you have more questions.
