Brand new charge 3 app worked for a week then stopped hasnt work since wont update have un installed reinstalled and still won't work

Thanks for trying to reinstall the app to get it to work before posting in here. Let me help you understand what could be happening.

I'd like to ask some questions to determine the best way to move forward:

What phone are you using the app with?
What Android version is it running?
Could you explain a bit more of what is the issue itself? Does it not sync or is it something else?
