App not working

This is just out of control. App is constantly having issues over the past year. At first little bug issues or faulty product issues but this year is ridiculous with the amount of functions not working. Sp02 has stopped working AGAIN. The food diary is not showing correct info. The bike workout map unexpectedly does map workout...sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. The stress tile sometimes works sometimes doesnt. I use to think this was a good product but as of lately I would not recommend this product to anyone. Which is a shame because I really did love it when it was a solid consitantly functioning product.

Hi @Soozeei  - this may be down to a syncing issue and a temporary glitch in the App.

For Android, logout of the app, clear the storage cache and force stop it before restarting the phone and watch.

In some cases missing data may appear.

I am aware of all the trouble shooting procedures. I have completed them an
enormous amount of times in the last year. This is not a synch issue and
yes it is probably a temporary glitch but when multiple temporary glitches
keep occurring you are left with an unreliable product and and a wanning
confidence in a company and product.

@Soozeei - understood, but you say it's not a sync issue, however there are various elements to the sync, where data is taken from the watch, sent to the Fitbit servers, analized and the results returned once the calculations are completed

As this can take time it requires your phone having a good internet connection. If there are hiccups it may fail possibly, in addition to the issues with calculation and transmission failures that have been experienced.

So when it says the watch is synced that is not the complete picture finished.

mine stopped syncing yesterday at around 1:30 p.m.

I know its not a synch issue with the watch because data entered on the
browser doesn't show on app. It's an app issue not watch issue.

@Soozeei  - on what device are you running the app and is it the only device?
