versa 2

Versa 2 just stopped syncing all together. deleted it in app and now bluetooth cannot find it.  HELP

Hi @anderpd  - it is the app that handles the Bluetooth setup, so in the Fitbit App try clicking profile photo, "+ Set up a Device" if you removed the device from the app.

I have tried all of the steps posted here.  It's just not working

Hi @LauraCushman - is the watch charged ? What steps have you performed?

Have you restarted both watch and phone?

If it's not syncing see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I did the following:

1. uninstalled my app and reinstalled.
2. My battery is at 70%
3. Restarted my phone
4. Tried numerous times to reconnect to Bluetooth with wifi and with wifi
turned off
5. Uninstalled my Versa 2 and tried to reinstall

None of these steps work

The issue is obviously the fact that my phone won't pick up Bluetooth on my
Versa 2

I own a Samsung 21Ultra so it is a fairly new phone. I have an update
scheduled for the phone for tonite so nothing has changed yet on my
operating system. Do you think I should force the update?

I just went all the way through the steps again and something finally worked.  I'm back in business.
