I have started using the Meditation feature on the Android App. However, in the last couple of days, its has stopped logging the data. If I listen to one of the meditations, it doesn't let me log it and won't say that I have done any mindfulness meditations. I would like to use this feature, but it is not working.

Hi @ElizaYoda, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:
Looking forward to your reply.
Best AnswerI have a Google Pixel 3a. The first time I experienced this issue was last Friday, then again Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. My Android version is up to date with 11 from Oct 5th. I have followed your instructions and tried it again. It didn't log the meditation right away, but it showed up later.
I've had the same issue--resetting the app fixes it for one session (not even one day, just one session) and then it goes back to not popping up with the option to log it.
Having the same exact problem. Called the tech support and they said it was because my LG 7ThinQ phone was not one of the ones that they had done a verification check on. That doesn't make sense because the mindfulness app have been working for weeks just fine and then all of a sudden stopped being able to log the sessions. Anyone have any feedback? Did all the basic checks to make sure I was running the correct software version, etc.
Best AnswerI have a Samsung Note 10 which is usually pretty standard... And same as you, it worked fine for me for three and a half weeks and then suddenly quit.
Best AnswerI have the same problem as mentioned above. It would have been nice with some feedback with a suggestion for what to do when the solution decribed here does not work.
Sincerely, Siri.
Best AnswerI have not found or heard of another solution as of this time. I am hoping there will be an update soon with a solution! @RicardoFitbit?
Hi Ricardo,
I'm having the same problem. Feature worked once and since then it stopped working.
Having a Pixel 4 XL with everything installed and up to date how it should be.
I see that this subject is clarified but I don't see where and how?
Best AnswerHere it is January 2021 and the problem continues. I have a Samsung G9 Plus. Mindfulness worked about 6 to 10 days when I began using it. Yesterday it started behaving just like everyone else has described. Sad the issue has not been solved in the last 10 weeks. Now that Fitbit belongs to Google let's hope issues are more quickly addressed.

This did not work from my android phone. I used fit bit chat and basically fitbit told me no free mindfulness sessions now you must buy the premium subscription!!!
