I hope someone can help me. I have just received my Fitbit, All excited, take it out the box and plug it into the PC and go into the website. And BAM, I need a dongle, um ok. Try to load the App onto my Samsung Galaxy 10.1, going well, go to Dashboard, Pair Devices, click on FitBit Charge 2, and BAM again, notification comes up, "Please Update your Application to Continue". Um, I have just downloaded the app, it should be the most recent one.... So following what some other people do, I restart the tablet, doesn't work. I restart the FitBit, doesn't work. I then uninstall the App and reinstall it and then switch off the tablet and switch it back on, it does not go past "Please Update your Application to Continue". What do I do now? Please note that I am in South Africa, so phoning US or UK is just not an option...

Hello @CindyDP, welcome to our Fitbit Community! as @USAF-Larry mentioned before I wonder too, what version of the Fitbit app you have? Although I would like to know also, what version of Android OS is running your phone?
Note that your mobile phone is listed as a compatible device in our web site: https://www.fitbit.com/devices. But in some cases the OS of the phone does not longer support recent versions of mobile apps.
