App on android not showing my stats and more issues.

My dash board don't have my steps on there or my sleep pattern or my heart rate it all works on my device but not my phone . I have done everything restart phone reinstalled fitbit app. I use to have it all on my phone now these 3 are not there any more I'm out of ideas.

After reading your post reminds me to a scenario that happened with one of my friends. One of my friends came to me with a similar case as the one you described in your post. She was not able to see her stats on the phone but was able to see the details on the online Dashboard. When we reviewed was found the emails address on her phone was different to the one she was using on her computer.

So my recommendation is to review if you are logging in to your Computer or your mobile phone with the same email address and password that you were using before the stats in question disappeared. in some case even a different letter or a small variation in the address can cause this issue.
