I'm a new user - just bought a fitbit last week - used it for 2 days but now i can't access my account through my samsung galaxy 7. I've read all the forums and tried everything but really getting frustrated - I can't login - it says fitbit site down for maintenance.
any last ideas before i return it to the store and but a better product?

Hi there @Roslew, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! I've seen other reports our servers are down for maintenance, so it's possible this was an error. How it goes so far, were you able to access by now?
