Sync Stopped working Charge HR

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

In the last 30 days the only way I can sync to my phone is to open the App on iPad - Sync there and then it will sync. I tried all the turn Off & On reboot etc solutions I could find.

It had been working fine for almost 2 years. Samsung Galaxy 6. Charge Hr.

Hi there @azbeachy, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! As a matter of review please follow the troubleshooting steps for syncing issues: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). You might find some similar suggestions from what you have tries already, but give it a other try; perhaps there is something missing that we can address using the steps from the post.

In addition there was a new version of the app. Which I'm sure you already installed so complement the update doing the following:

Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized again, go back to your app and try again.

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.
