Forums are saying Google is aware and a fix in 48 hours. So annoying you search and it says do all of these steps to install, restart etc. Why when Google is aware it will not work. I restart my phone at least 2 times a week to reset the unstable app.

Normally, the first thing I would try, is hold my finger on the start-up icon. Tap App Info - Stop App. Then Storage & Cache - Clear Candace
Now try to start app. I don't like to clear data or remove app, until app else fails. Since this will delete any stored days that may have not synced.
